How to Submit Your Resilience Coaching NZ Invoice to Southern Cross Health Insurance.

At Resilience Coaching NZ Taupō, we’re here to support you in turning life’s challenges into victories. For clients with Southern Cross health insurance, claiming reimbursement for our services is simple whether it’s a coaching or counselling session online or in person at the beautiful

Here’s how it works:


  1. Request Your InvoiceAfter your session, your therapist can provide a detailed invoice including your name, session date(s), service description, amount, and therapist details.


  2. Check Your PolicyEnsure your Southern Cross policy covers counselling or coaching services.


  3. Submit Your Invoice

    • Online: Log in to your Southern Cross account and upload your invoice under “Claims.”

    • Email or Post: Send your invoice to the Southern Cross claims department as outlined in your policy.


  4. Receive ReimbursementOnce processed, Southern Cross will reimburse you according to your policy’s terms.
