Matthew is a down to earth, friendly counsellor with a background in business, construction, and a love for the outdoors. He supports adults through life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools.

Using Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Pluralism, Matthew helps businesses and individual clients manage stress, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of counselling, he enjoys mountain biking and time in nature, key parts of his own wellbeing.
