Service Description
An appreciation workshop is a focused, practical session designed to help individuals and teams build a culture of recognition and positive connection. Participants learn evidence-based strategies to notice, express, and receive appreciation in ways that are meaningful and authentic. The workshop explores the impact of appreciation on wellbeing, motivation, and workplace relationships, and provides simple tools that can be applied immediately in everyday interactions. Ideal for workplaces and professional teams, it aims to strengthen engagement, morale, and overall performance through consistent, intentional recognition.


Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment 48 hours or more in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a partial refund of $70. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Please note: Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and take the place of another paying client who could have benefited from the session. The limited-time offer for free 30min parenting sessions on Thursday. If you miss your booked session, it cannot be rebooked for free, and any follow-up appointments will be cancelled. Paid appointments are available for booking.
