Internet bank payments

Bookings paid via internet banking must be made at least 48 hours before the session. The booking will be confirmed once the payment is visible in our bank account.

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change and aim to be as fair as possible with our refund process:

  • Full Refund: Available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session time.

  • Partial Refund ($60): Available for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session. At this stage, it's often difficult and time-consuming to find someone else to fill the slot.

  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances happen—so please let us know the reason. There may be some flexibility depending on the situation.
